Shipping Conditions

All of our products are manufactured in Thailand and dispatched from our office in Bangkok.

We do our best to dispatch all orders within 7 days after payment is received, unless your chosen product is temporarily out of stock.

We try to keep freight prices to the minimum.

Currently our zone rates are calculated using weight increments of 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 then 1 – 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 25 and 30 kgs so to maximize your freight charge it is better to round up your order close to, but not over, each figure.

Note that if the Best Way button is automatically filled for your order this means delivery can be by Surface if you require which means delivery time of 6 – 8 weeks. This button will only be activated for certain zones and for orders over 1 kg in weight. If it shows a higher charge than what is shown under Zone Rate this means it is not active for your zone or order weight.

Our standard shipping is based on zone rates current in the shipping industry and is by air parcel post from the Thailand Post Office with an expected delivery time of 7 – 15 days.

NOTE: If your order is required by a certain date please notify us before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for goods held up in the postal system.

All orders are dispatched in a timely fashion after payment, we do not accept responsibility for items held up at customs or late delivery of items by the courier or postal service.

The customer is responsible for supplying the correct postal details and we will not be held responsible if the item is returned to us because of wrong address or the address is in an undeliverable zone.

Buyer accepts responsibility that the sale complies with all applicable laws and delivery regulations in their own country.

Refunds will not be issued on late deliveries or items held up by the post or customs (see note above). However you may request a full refund if your items have passed their use by date when finally delivered.
